Disclaimer
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 8–12 hours before your technician's arrival to allow us enough time to reassign our technician and accommodate your request.
A $45.00 service fee will apply if an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled once the technician is already on site.
This fee does not apply for “Permission to Enter” appointments.
